My first priority is the safety and happiness of your family. All of the materials I use are EPA approved and biodegradable. I have 17 years of experience and am thoroughly trained on industry safety regulations and guidelines. The products I use are the same as used in sensitive areas such as schools, restaurants, and hospitals. I take pride in providing kid friendly and pet friendly solutions to my clients.

It depends case by case. Certain pests take longer to deal with than others, and certain homes are larger and more complicated to service than others. Some treatments may only take 30 minutes while others may take up to 4 plus hours depending on the severity and type of treatment needed. I will never rush through a job. I will provide a professional service every time.

In most cases you can expect to see a significant and noticeable reduction in pest activity within 1 to 2 days. The exact time frame depends on the pest we are dealing with, along with the choice of materials necessary to provide the best long-term results.

In some case’s, especially with roaches, you will actually see a slight increase in activity right after the initial treatment. This is a good sign! This means the product’s are working. I have disrupted their normal breeding and feeding habits. They are now looking for a new place to live. The difference is now they have pesticides on them.

There are several temporary solutions that may work for a short period of time, but in my 17 plus years experience, continued pest control is achieved by going above and beyond normal practices.

Amateur application’s of over-the-counter products are almost always ineffective, and take multiple time-consuming attempts. Like any chemical, pesticides need to be used with caution. I will ensure the job is done right, and according to the law.

Usually, it is safe to clean your home 3-5 days after treatment took place. If this is not the case I will advise you after the treatment.

It’s always a good idea to clean before I arrive, that way you won’t have to wait too long between cleaning your home.

Emergency services, such as bees, I will be there ASAP. ALWAYS within 24 hours. Other non emergency situations, I will be there as soon as I can. Usually within 1-2 days.

Absolutely not! I would not still be in business if this was the case. I will promise you that exterior plants, shrubs, flowers, landscaping, etc. will not be affected by my exterior treatment.

You can be present for most general pest control services. In some cases like bed bugs, fleas, ticks, roaches, etc., you will need to vacate the premises for 2-4 hours.

I will communicate any recommendations on re-entry of premises before any treatments of this nature.
